With over 25 years of experience in the ICT industry, she combines entrepreneurial leadership with deep technical expertise. As CEO and founder of a cybersecurity startup, she leads the development of AI-driven security solutions that tackle digital risks for modern enterprises and underserved sectors. Her leadership builds on a strong career managing global delivery portfolios and mission-critical programs for Tier-1 telecom and enterprise security clients. Previously, she headed the Global Delivery function for Security Solutions, consistently translating complex business needs into scalable, secure IT implementations. Mr. Kailash Notani

Mr. Notani brings over 30 years of techno-commercial leadership in B2B sales, lead generation and client conversion. Armed with a Diploma in Computer Technology and certifications in secretarial work, bookkeeping and small business management, he built and scaled Shree Distributors—overseeing everything from cash flow and vendor payments to marketing, recruitment and customer relations. A 2005 commerce graduate from Delhi University with a postgraduate diploma in marketing management, he founded and scaled MANNI AGENCIES into a leading national inverter-battery distributor, consulted for Vedaanshi Industry and today heads marketing and sales at ES EM International. Adept at channel and dealer management, market research and strategic planning, he’s renowned for launching high-impact campaigns, driving revenue growth and delivering exceptional client satisfaction.
